2023/08/02 歐盟執委會討論中的《可持續產品生態設計法規》(Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation)

歐洲議會已就歐盟委員會的《可持續產品生態設計法規》(Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation)提案內容，採納一項立場。該項新法規獲通過後，預期會取代現時由2009年起實施的《生態設計指令》(Ecodesign Directive)，大幅擴展受規管範圍，屆時將有更多在歐盟市場銷售的產品種類須遵守相關設計規定。
